Shipping policy

Order Processing

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We typically process orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If you purchase a pre-order item, please refer to the product page for the estimated processing and shipping dates. Your entire order will ship together once the pre-order items are ready.

Shipping within Singapore

Free Local Shipping (Singapore):

Where stated, we will offer free standard local shipping.
Delivery Time: Up to 5 business days after processing.

Standard Local Shipping (Singapore):

Delivery Time: 2 to 4 business days after processing.
Shipping Fee: S$5 (flat rate) or free shipping for orders above S$60

Express Delivery (Singapore):

Delivery Time: 1 to 2 business days after processing.
Shipping Fee: S$10

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., inclement weather, busy holiday seasons, courier delays).

International Shipping

We currently do not ship to international locations. However, do reach out to us at hello@riiana.com if you would like us to ship to an international location. Additional shipping costs will apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link. You can use this tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@riiana.com. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos (if damaged) so we can assist with a resolution.
