Payment

1. How do I pay via PayNow?

Paying via PayNow is quick and secure! Just follow these steps:

Checkout: Proceed to checkout as usual and enter your shipping details.
Select Payment: At the payment stage, select "Additional Payment Methods" or "Digital Wallets."
Generate QR: Once redirected, choose PayNow as your option. A unique QR code will be generated on your screen.
Scan & Pay: Open your preferred banking app (DBS, OCBC, UOB, etc.), scan the QR code, and confirm the amount.

Note: Please do not close your browser window until the payment is confirmed to ensure your order is processed immediately!

Product & Material Details

1. What materials do you use?

We curate a variety of premium fabrics to suit different occasions, ranging from airy Korean Chiffon to luxurious Premium Satin and textured Satin Crepe.

2. Is the fabric opaque?

To help you choose the right coverage, we include an opacity rating on every product page. Here is a general guide to our most popular fabrics:

3. Is your tudung "shariah-compliant" or chest-covering?

Yes! We prioritize modest coverage without compromising on style. Our designs are wider and longer than standard market sizes:

Shawls: Approximately $2m \times 70cm$ (varies slightly by design).
Squares (Bawal): Bidang 47", providing more generous chest coverage than the standard Bidang 45".

4. Do you have sizes for kids?

We do! Our Lalila by Riiana line features lengths between $1.1m$ to $1.4m$ . We are constantly expanding our collection for young girls, so keep an eye out for new drops!

Care & Maintenance

1. How should I wash my tudung?

To keep your tudungs looking brand new, we recommend hand washing or using a laundry mesh bag if you prefer a machine wash. This prevents the delicate fibres from snagging on other clothes.

2. Can I iron or steam the fabric?

Absolutely. We recommend using low heat or a steamer, especially for our Satin and Matte Satin collections, to maintain that signature silky sheen.

Shipping & Returns

1. How long does delivery take?

We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders within Singapore.

We offer Free Tracked Shipping for all orders above $ $40$ .

Processing: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery: Once mailed via SingPost or NinjaVan, your package typically arrives within 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number (if available) via email the moment it’s on its way.

2. What should I do if I receive a defective item?

We hold our quality control to high standards, but if we missed something, we’ll make it right! Please email us at hello@riiana.com or DM us on Instagram @by.riiana with a photo of the defect, and we will arrange a replacement for you ASAP.

Gifting

1. Do you provide gift wrapping or wishing cards?

Currently, we do not offer formal gift wrapping or custom wishing cards—but we hear you! We are working on a gifting suite to make your surprises even more special. Stay tuned for updates!
